Delivery Experience
As part of the founding group, Denise has worked across every aspect of Delivery Associates (DA) from its inception to current day. She has a strong focus on applying a delivery and impact mindset to internal processes, as DA does with all those it serves. This includes leading as COO through DA's growth journey and partnership with Trill Impact. Denise is currently a Board Director and Advisory Council member, leading DA's Governance and Board Secretariat.
Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Denise was the Business Manager for the Office of the Chief Education Officer at Pearson; she also held operational roles at McKinsey & Company. Her master's thesis was in operational and organisational effectiveness in virtual organisations.
