Becky is excited to contribute to DA's global growth by leading the talent acquisition team and finding more extraordinary talent to help leaders all over the world deliver on their promises.
Other Experience
Prior to joining DA, Becky spent nine years working in the tech industry, building teams for growing organisations. She was part of the team that built the Community Operations team at Facebook Dublin from zero to 250+ people. She is also proud to have been the first recruiter hired outside of the US for Segment, where she grew the team to 150 people across seven different countries and built the talent team alongside this growth.
